add news in the top right corner. add a bunch of decorations. figure out how to make a scrollwheel. shrink the border on the heading down to size. add a little mascot. isnt this figure of akira so cool? the military one isnt as good as this. this is the one. having him on my desk is so embarrassing but he looks pretty cool. anyway make sure to fix this border problem. and get rid of the tangent if u can. put the article and section closer together. add some nice complementary colors. i know you can do it!!
